When I saw KangarooCare breastfeeding necklaces floating around my social media stream I just knew I had to reach out to them to tell them how beautiful their products were! The shop owner and artist behind these lovely necklaces Varja, replied very fast and was happy to send me a breastfeeding necklace to review. She sent me the classic nursing necklace in in light grey and cream white. It is neutral, it will go with anything, and I have more grey in my wardrobe than I probably should, so it is just perfect! Ethan is 5 months old now and is definitely in the distracted-while-nursing phase. I didn’t have any breastfeeding jewelry with Braden because I didn’t really know it existed, so it’s nice for Ethan to have something to play with now so he can stop clawing at me when he nurses!
KangarooCare is a shop that is full of natural breastfeeding and baby wearing jewelry made from locally grown organic wood in Estonia (Eastern Europe) where Varja lives and they are made especially for KangarooCare, which makes them 100% unique and they are completely safe for babies to chew on. These vibrant necklaces come in an array of choices from rainbow to neutral and they all make for a beautiful, fashionable mommy and an occupied, happy baby! She also makes and sells coconut necklaces and teething toys for baby.
So what did we think of this necklace? LOVE! I will definitely be buying more from KangarooCare….my birthday is April 2nd if anyone is looking for ideas – hint hint! Ethan is at the perfect age for this. As I said before, he’s just starting to really get distracted…also with his free had he claws at my neck if he doesn’t have something to play with, so this is just a wonderful and fashionable accessory to have!
I think this might be one of my favorite pictures of me and Ethan!
